Der „liebe Gott“ ist eine teuflische Erfindung.
Denn einen solchen Gott müssen wir nicht ehren und nicht fürchten.
Vor dem „lieben Gott“ müssen wir uns nicht verantworten, wir fallen nicht auf die Knie vor ihm.
Wenn Gott, der „liebe Gott“ ist, dann können wir einfach so bleiben, wie wir sind.
Und das mit dem Himmel, das kriegen wir dann schon irgendwie hin…
Eine Predigtreihe über den ZORN GOTTES, die mir selber schwer zu schaffen macht, die aber – so sehe ich das derzeit – dem biblischen Zeugnis entspricht:

Psalm 27, 1-6
Je mehr der Mensch hat, umso größer wird die Furcht, es wieder zu verlieren.
Vielleicht geht deshalb bei uns die Furcht um?:
Furcht vor Krankheit – Furcht vor Arbeitslosigkeit – Furcht vor Terroranschlägen – Furcht vor Überfremdung – Furcht vor Einbruch und Diebstahl – Furcht vor Einsamkeit – Furcht, Furcht, Furcht.
Je mehr wir uns fürchten, umso mehr klammern wir uns ans Leben, um es zu schützen. Doch die Furcht bleibt.
Helfen würde das genaue Gegenteil: Loslassen und Gott fürchten!
