Predigt zu Offenbarung 1, 12-18

Als Kind war für mich die Adventszeit etwas ganz besonderes. Heute, als Erwachsener, ist sie für mich ein Graus: überfüllte Innenstädte, glühweinbeseelte Männer und „Last Christmas“ im Radio – entsetzlich!

Der christlichen Kirche geht es vielleicht ähnlich. Auch sie ist erwachsen geworden und hat nicht mehr so richtig Bock auf den Advent.

Aber was bedeutet „Advent“ denn eigentlich und wer ist es, auf den die Kirche wartet? Zur Predigt geht es hier…
